Delivery information

Residents living within 5 miles of our Exeter store, simply select Local Delivery at the checkout. Please note, there are a limited number of local slots available; specific time requests are not always possible. Delivery instructions are provided at your own risk and discretion. Hutch cannot accept liability for any parcels left in accordance with any specific instructions (e.g leave outside or with neighbour)

All orders should be expected to arrive within 2-5 working days, however delivery times are not guaranteed. All orders outside of our local delivery area are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Shipping takes place Monday - Friday and any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

Customers are able to collect their orders for free from our Exeter store. You will be sent a notification email once your order is ready to collect; please have this with you when you pop along to collect your order. Ahead of reopening on the 12th April, we will be open for click and collect on Weds 31/03 10am - 3pm, Sat 03/04 10am - 2pm, Mon 05/04 10am - 3pm, Fri 09/04 10am - 3pm and Sat 10/04 10am - 3pm.
