Delivery information

Residents living within 5 miles of our Exeter store, simply select Local Delivery at the checkout. Please note, there are a limited number of local slots available; specific time requests are not always possible. Delivery instructions are provided at your own risk and discretion. Hutch cannot accept liability for any parcels left in accordance with any specific instructions (e.g leave outside or with neighbour). Please note, last chance to order for local delivery will be by Friday 19th December. Any orders placed after this will be delivered in 2026.

All orders should be expected to arrive within 2-5 working days, however delivery times are not guaranteed. All orders outside of our local delivery area are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Shipping takes place Monday - Friday and any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Please note, our last shipping day for 2025 will be Friday 19th December. Any orders placed after 10am on Friday will be shipped in 2026..

Customers are able to collect their orders for free from our Exeter store. You will be sent a notification email once your order is ready to collect; please have this with you when you pop along to collect your order. We will hold your order for 7 days, if you are unable to collect within this time, please contact us before making your purchase. Please note, we are closed from Christmas Day until 5th January 2026, so you will not be able to collect any orders from our store during this time.
