'Bird's Nest Sansevieria'

Sansevieria trifasciata 'Golden Hahnii'

The Bird's Nest Sansevieria has shorter, more splayed leaves than the traditional Snake Plant. This Sansevieria comes in an eco-friendly coir nursery pot!

This is a cultivar which was first discovered in New Orleans in 1939 and later patented by Sylvan Frank Hahn (hence the name) in Pittsburgh in 1941.

Why Hutch selects me

Our go to choice when a customer asks for an "unkillable" or indestructible houseplant

How to look after me

Watering: When soil is thoroughly dry - approximately once every 4-6 weeks in the winter and once every 1-2 weeks in the height of summer

Light: Tolerant of incredibly low light levels but enjoys a bright spot

Why I'm unique

We work hard to provide a clear photograph and description of your chosen plant. However, all plants are unique and, whilst the pot size remains the same, there is always variation in size and shape from one plant to the next.
